Nuts Just nuts!

The Joy of almonds

Almonds have as much protein per ounce as red meat. Adding almonds into your diet has shown to help reduce the risk of heart attacks by as much as 50%. This result is due to the good-for-your-heart vitamin E found in almonds. Monounsaturated fats can decrease your bad LDL cholesterol levels and increase your good HDL cholesterol levels. Antioxidants help keep your arteries young.

  2. Sometimes this whole world drives you "nuts", doesn't it? Celeste, you can still use Celebrex can't you/ as long as you take no more than 200 mg a day? My wife just started on that a couple of months ago, and without it, she was in terrible pain. Every article I've read seems to pertain to 400-800mg a day dosage. Do you have any info on that? Enough about my wife's problems! You take care of yours. You got the "almonds" to do whatever you think is best for you. We, in J-Land, will support you, as you know. If you just need to chat, email or IM, I'm available. your friend, rich
