I loved waking up to this. I am not a "beach" person. I do not get any enjoyment out of laying in the sun and all that stuff. I did enjoy walking the beach in the early morning before the crowds got there ( not that there were many this time of the year). I can sit there for hours just looking and breathing. It was so easy to forget everything, to go inside myself and just breath.
Thank you so much Celeste for posting this.I did not get to see and hear the ocean this year...I feel just as you do about it....

There's just something about any body of water that is soothing to the soul.
ReplyDeleteloved the beach video....when I was young I loved laying out and getting a tan...now just the sound and the air bring a peace....many docs here recommend people to go sit at the beach just to breath in the air when they are sick...they swear by their medicinal value for people who have breathing problems!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing it!!!

Hey, you deserve some enjoyment after everything you went through to get there. ;o) - Barbara
ReplyDeleteI've lived in so many different places, but never by the sea. Perhaps one day.

I love to smell the ocean. And then to close my eyes and listen to it.
