Just call customer service and tell them you'd like to cancel because of the raise in price - in all of my experience and from everyone I've heard from, they won't want you to cancel, they will negotiate the price with you and probably give you a few free months. :)
Ditto! to Danielle's comment. They are most accomodating when they feel they are losing a customer. Just remember you can keep your journal on AIM free if you decide to go -- oh -- and I don't think you'll get any more ads than we do here, from what I've heard. Don't know for a fact, just reading others.
And I was just thinking about calling and getting that yr plan they have. I better get to calling. I do hope that thing with you are going good. I have been praying for you. Take care friend. Make sure to call and get the lower price. I would hate to lose ya to another journal family. TerryAnn
I am not too happy about it either. You can get basically all the same services from AIM for free. Why raise prices and encourage people to go with only AIM?
Celeste...cal AOL and check out the situation with them...they may be able to help you with a solution that fits your budget....Hugs....Ora ps....don't go...you will be missed mightily....alot...too much....all the time....hang in their girl....
I didn't get that notice! BUT then about a year ago I got in on this deal with them where I only pay 14.95 a month! Sharon http://journals.aol.com/buggieboo1/ThisMommasDrama
Raising the price again? Have no heard anything over here but if they do then I shall leave. We pay high prices for a service that gets shoddier and shoddier. When you write and complain, you are ignored.
