baking day
Today was baking day as will tomorrow be. I baked 7 loaves of banana bread today and 10 loaves of brown bread. Tomorrow I will be baking rum cakes and more banana bread and brown bread are also on the list. Brook wants to make fudge tomorrow also. I did so much baking today that just the smell has filled me up. I swear I gained weight today.

I've been baking so much too and will continue until the day is here. You've done much more quantities. I'd need more bread pans. lol Your house must smell so festive. Mine sure does right now.

oh, I miss cooking for the holidays! Next year I will be able to. this year we are just moving...and taking care of the critters!
