How many times have you heard (or done it yourself) somebody rattle on and never say anything? Sitting outside yesterday I listened to some people talking and was mentally shaking my head tsking to myself at the talk I was hearing. Having heard them for 16 years now,
I knew that it was just talk and nothing else. It was sad though, because I knew they would not do anything.
