So is everyone through shopping? I am. LOL Pat is not. He is actually doing his shopping a day early. He tends to wait until the last minute. He only has to buy for me. I buy everyone else's present. I cannot understand why he always waits so long. Is it a man thing?
This holiday season has had its ups and downs for me. There would be days when I could not do anything and others when I was a whirlwind. I think one of the problem was my meds were out of whack on my thyroid. My new doc checked my TSH levels and decided that they were to high and upped my dose. Talk about putting me in a tailspin. I could not do anything without my heart racing and feeling like I was in a panic attack. I could not sleep all night and I was hot. ARGGGGGG. So he did a recheck and guess what, they were too low so he put me back on my regular dose. It is getting better but I am still having a racing heart just not as bad.
My house smells good. I just took 4 loaves of brown bread out of the oven and letting them cool before wrapping them up.
Here is a picture of my Christmas village. It has a few more pieces in it than when the picture was made. I found some more at Goodwill and had to get them!
At least Pat buys you a surprise. I always have to pick my own. I have to take different doses of thyroid medicne on different days to keep it in control. Have a nice one, Paula

I don`t know if it`s a man thing or not because Jim likes to buy presents early but I know others who wait until the last minute. The bread looks delicious, I wish I could bake my own. I hope you all have a very Happy Christmas. :o)
