Cats on Tuesday

I know I have not been around for awhile. I got preoccupied with hings around here and Facebook. Baby has taken up a lot of my time. baby is about 5 weeks old now . I have been taking care of her, feeding her with a bottle, doing the mama thing (with a rag not my tongue!) I almost lost her a few times. She is eating some food now and drinking some out of a saucer. Trying real hard to litterbox train her. Since none of the other cats use a box it is hard. She has no example to follow! At night she sleeps snuggled up on my shoulder and neck. It is a good thing I do not move much when I am asleep!

How can anyone ever not smile when they hear the sound of a child's laugh? Every time I hear Brook laugh I feel a smile come to my own face. This photo is a few years old but the look of pure pleasure on her face is priceless. And looky there, Pat could not help himself, he had to smile with her.
