Sad morning

I went for my walk this morning with Pup gleefully walking with me. I honestly believe that our morning walks were a thing of pure joy for him. 30 minutes later he was gone. I don't know what happened. He ran into the woods and 2 dogs chased him out, I saw him cut into a field and the dogs turned around and came back. When I got to where he went into the field he was laying there dead. No car hit him, no marks that I could see. He is now by the creek with the rest of our loved ones.

    Oh, I'm so sorry to hear this news.  May Pup rest in peace with his friends gone before him.  I guess, if you're feeling bad, the only thing to remember is the joy he had in his morning walk ... and how much he loved you back.

    I'm sorry, buddy.  I cried when I read this. Most of the saddest times that I can think of is when this happens.  Peace on you.

    I am SO sorry.  What a horrible thing to happen.  I wonder what in the world could have happened to him if there weren't any marks on him.

    I'm so sorry to hear about this hon. I wouldn't know what to do if I lost my Pickles. Your in my thoughts and prayers on the smoke dear friend. He was a beautiful pup. He was loved and cherished those walks you went on with him. (Hugs)Indigo

    Oh Celeste, I am so very sorry. Our pets mean the world to us and losing them is awful more so when it is sudden and unexpected.  I agree it was probably a heart attack or a stroke of some kind if there were no injuries on him.  Big hugs my friend, I just do not know what else to say.  I am so sad for you.
