gas stinks

For at least the past year I have been having trouble with gas. I know, i know. It is a subject that no one wants to talk about yet everyone talks about it.
Some people are even yelling about it. It just about brings tears to Pat's eyes. I am talking about the price of gas for your motorized vehicles. saw on the news tonight that gas was $3.10 a gallon. I wish I knew where that station was. day before yesterday I saw gas at $2.99 a gallon. last night Gas was $3.15. Today it is $3.31. Excuse me but did a couple of oil fields go up in smoke? Scared to even think about how much it will cost to fill up the truck. It took $12 to fill up my motorcycle tonight. It is a good thing I get 50 miles to the gallon! Seriously gas price has made me think of building my own car!
That leads to another issue I have had the past several months. I noticed that in spite of using LESS electrity this year than I did last year my electric bill was higher! What gives? I switch my bulbs. I caulked, covered and turned down thermostat, layered on the clothes. Did somebody not get the memo that people are not making as much? That many people are out of work? No wonder retirees HAVE to work until they DIE, that is if anybody will hire them.

Ok I have ranted enough.  I really did not intend to come on here and do that but it seemed my fingers just could not stop themselves. All I have to say "It's my party and I'll cry if i want to." LOL
