I have found this to be true. I am not losing weight fast, sometimes I am losing at slower than a snail's pace! It is coming off, if not in pounds then in inches. I have found it to be true not just in losing weight. I am applying this to all areas of my life. Flylady says," Keep in mind that your home did not get this way overnight and it is not going to get clean in a day."
Today I start back on Flylady's routines. I have been goofing off and it shows. I will be on line less while I get the chaos back out of my life again.

Yes, I agree too - a slow weight loss is much more likely to stay off. You are changing your eating habits and not binge dieting. It's the healthier way to lose!
