After a war we never completely leave. We always establish a continuing military presence. <br><br>Now, just because this war is unpopular and has gone on too long, doesn't mean we should just up and leave with our tails between our legs. Don't you realize how foolish and weak we'd look and that then maybe the fighting would be brought HERE?<br><br>If nothing was done after 9/11 - there would be more terrorist attacks here. Sorry, but I don't want that for my child.<br><br>My very own husband is fighting in this war right now - and I'd love nothing more than to have him home - but that doesn't mean that I agree with people who just "want the troops home" at all costs.<br><br>We need to do what's right. Does anyone get in an uproar over the soldiers who do year-long hardship tours to Korea? Kosovo? Quatar? The same will be true in Iraq even after the war is over.
